Our campaign has expanded from California to New York. We’re now organizing the entertainment unions to pass both CalCare in California and the New York Health Act in New York.

CA Democrats just killed the 2026 CalCare bill - AB 1900 - before its first vote in the Assembly Health Committee.

NY Democrats allowed S3425 / A1466 to languish in committee and it did not pass during the 2026 New York State legislative session.

Democrats will not pass these policies until organized labor gets behind them.
